Chris Sain Jr. is a educator, author and activist among other things. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Grand C.I.T.Y. Sports who holds a bachelor's and master's degree. Chris has been named one the Top 40 under 40 Business Leaders as well as the Top 20 to Know in Education among other achievements. Chris is a devoted husband and Man of God.
Patrick D. Coleman Sr is a Speaker, Facilitator, and Educator. Patrick is also President and CEO of Coleman Consulting & Training where he conducts training for local area high schools. He previously held position of Program Manager of 4 Kent County Michigan Works offices. Patrick currently holds a Bachelors in Management and a Masters in Business Administration with emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Development. Patrick's four critical areas of facilitation and training areas are Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving, Team Building, and Communication. Patrick is also a devoted husband, father, and Administrative Pastor, where he specializes in ministering the word of God through song.
Cole Williams is the creator of The Evolution of a Son to a Father Project; it is a moving and revelatory series of workshops that explores fatherhood, male masculinity, and childhood trauma.
Cole Williams is a Social Worker, parent, mentor, and community leader in Grand Rapids Michigan. He has over ten years of experience working with adolescent males who come from abusive and neglectful backgrounds.
Cole is a licensed foster and adoptive parent through Lutheran Social Services of West Michigan. Where he provides a healing place for teenage males diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, RAD and many other Diagnoses.
In conjunction to ‘The Evolution of a Son to a Father Project, Cole Williams provides a eight week, parenting workshop series for families through the 17th District Family Court Division.
Wilfred W. Gooch is a Speaker, Facilitator, and Educator who currently holds a position as Engineering Manager at APEC. Wilfred is also Founder and CEO of CAD Engineering Tech Consulting where he worked as a contract engineer designing cabinets for the medical industry. Wilfred holds a Bachelors degree in Design Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Wilfred has over 24 years experience working as a Product Design Engineer where he specialized in the areas of designing pumps for their commercial industry, and Military Marine Division; where his work is now on US Navy vessels. Wilfred has also traveled to China studying Manufacturing Engineering. Wilfred is devoted husband, father of 3 and Man of God.
Phillip D. Coleman, Sr. is a retired husband of 56 years, father, grandfather, great- grandfather, educator & mentor and True Man of God. Phillip has spent his life training and educating his children and others on Life Lessons and his favorite saying, "When you Work the Word of God, the Word Works". Phillip has educated & trained hundreds of men in areas of what long term relationship building really is, recognizing toxic relationships, cultivating and nurturing Godly relationships while understanding the difference in being a Boy - vs - Male - vs - Man.
